- 2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 3 c. flour (plain)
Directions

1Beat two minutes or until well mixed.

2Then add 3 more cups plain flour.

3Knead down.

4Let rise 1/2 size.

5Put oil over top of dough.

6Put cloth over bowl and place in refrigerator.

7When ready to bake, roll out as many as needed, let rise and bake at 425° for 15 to 18 minutes.
