- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 beaten egg
- 6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

2Mix as listed.

3Oil hands and knead slightly.

4Cover bowl with plastic wrap and put into refrigerator until double in bulk.

5Punch down and pinch off; roll into rolls.

6Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise in a warm place.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown.
