  • 2 cans yellow hominy
  • 2 cans white hominy
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. green chilies, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together (reserve 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese for top) and put in casserole.

    Bake 30 minutes at 300°.
