  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    In mixing bowl cream eggs, oil, sugar and honey together.
  2. 2
    In separate bowl sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Combine the two mixtures.

    Add vanilla, apples and nuts.

    Spoon into large baking dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
