  • 1 teaspoon mixed spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup boiling water

    Mix eggs and sugar.

    Add oil,bicarb, spices, cocoa, honey and flours.

    Add boiling water.

    Grease cake tin, line with baking parchment.

    Pour in cake mix.

    Bake 180 C for 1 - 1/2 hours.
