  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 14 cup honey
  • 13 cup butter or 13 cup margarine
  • 14 cup honey

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Mix ingredients in bowl and pour into 9x9 glass baking dish or cast iron skillet.

    Bake for 12-15 minutes or until knife or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Let cool slightly.

    Run knife around outer edge and then cut into squares or wedges.

    Serve warm with honey butter or ice cream and fresh berries.
