Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp backing powder
  • 2 shots of Jack Daniels Honey Whisky
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Mix butter and sugar until the texture is light and fluffy.

    Add eggs and vanilla one at a time.

    Strain flour, salt and baking powder trough a sieve and combine it with the rest of the cream.

    Add Whisky and milk until the desired consistency is reached.

    Let it bake for 15 - 20 minutes (or until completely baked). Put aside and let cool.

    Prepare the instant pudding as described (but only with half of the milk).

    Beat the whipped cram until it's stiff and fold it in the pudding.

    Add a shot glas of Whisky and put the frosting in the fridge until the cupcakes are ready.

    Use a whipping bag with a star tip to decorate the cupcakes.
