Honey Fried Trout

Ingredients
- 2 each trout
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 each lemon
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 each eggs
- 13 cup milk
Directions

1Mix cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper in bowl.

2Mix egg and milk in separate bowl.

3Rub trout with lemon and dredge in cornmeal mixture.

4Dip in milk mixture and then back into cornmeal mixture.

5Heat butter or margarine to almost smoking in frying pan.

6Put trout in pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.

7Put honey on top of trout, lower heat, cover and cook for 4 minutes.
