- 2 or 3 acorn squash
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Cut squash in half; remove seeds.

2Place, cut side down, in a shallow pan; add about 1/2 inch hot water to pan.

3Bake in a 350° oven 40 to 50 minutes, until almost tender.

4Discard water; turn squash, cut side up.

5Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

6Combine honey, butter, Worcestershire sauce and raisins; spoon into cavities of squash.

7Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more, until tender.
