- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 13 cup honey
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 2 slightly beaten egg yolks
- 2 cups nonfat milk (any milk is fine)
- 2 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Beat whites until nice and frothy, slowly adding in sugar; beat until stiff.

3Pour onto pie, bake 15-18 minutes at 325F.

4Combine eggs, honey, flour, and salt.

5Add in milk, cook slowly until thickened.
