- 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
- 1/3 c. lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Combine lime juice and next 5 ingredients and pour over steak. Refrigerate for 24 hours, turning steak occasionally.

2Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade.

3Coat grill with cooking spray.

4Grill steak 5 to 6-inches over coals for 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.

5Cut diagonally into thin slices and serve.
