- 1 lb. jar honey
- 4 eggs, separated
Directions

1Separate the white from the yolk of the eggs.

2Then mix yolks with liquid honey.

3(If honey is set and thick, stand jar on piece of wood in warm or hot water, until it liquifies).

4Cook on very low heat, stirring constantly, or preferably in a double boiler, until the mixture thickens like a custard.

5Remove from stove and cool.

6Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Pour into either individual dishes or one dish and chill.

7It should be left for several hours before serving.
