- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. egg substitute
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Combine milk and remaining ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.

3For each pancake, pour approximately 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle.

4Turn with spatula when tops are bubbly and edges look cooked.
