Honey-Roasted Nuts

- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (divided use)
- 4 c. nuts
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. superfine sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Line jellyroll pan with foil; grease foil.

3In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, butter or margarine and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; bring to boil.

4Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Measure nuts into a medium bowl. Pour honey mixture over nuts; stir until evenly coated.

6Spread on prepared pan.

7Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until nuts are glazed and lightly browned.

8Do not allow nuts to burn.

9Cool in pan 20 to 30 minutes.

10Remove foil.
