  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. pecan halves

Directions

    Combine and stir until dissolved first 4 ingredients.

    Cook over medium heat to 242° or soft ball stage.
  3. 3
    Remove from heat and add the vanilla and pecans.
  4. 4
    Stir gently until it becomes creamy. Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper.
