   Put clovers and rose petals in colander; wash and drain.

   In large heavy kettle, place all ingredients; bring to a boil.

   Turn down heat to low and cook another 5 minutes, stirring constantly; strain.

   Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

   Makes 8 jars.
