- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except chicken together.

2Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

4Pour over chicken and marinate 1 to 2 hours.

5Grill approximately 10 minutes.
