  • Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup + 1 TBSP Sugar
  • 3/4 cup H2O
  • 2 TBSP soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP corn starch mixed
  • Batter for Tofu:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tea baking soda
  • 3/4 tea baking powder
  • 1/4 tea salt
  • 1/2 cup H2O
  • 13 oz Tofu cubed
  • 8 oz diced green & red pepper
  • 6 oz sliced onion
  • 3/4 cup pineapple pieces
