- 3 c. water
- 1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas
- 1/4 lb. cooked ham
- 1 can Campbell's beef broth, undiluted
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 c. quick rice
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp, but onions and celery in bacon drippings.

3Put all ingredients in peas except rice.

4Bring to boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.
