- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 can Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. horseradish
Directions

1Sprinkle gelatin over cream to dissolve.

2Warm gently and stir.

3Let cool.

4Add salt and lemon juice.

5Beat evaporated milk until firm.

6Beat in mayonnaise, then beat in softened cream cheese.

7Beat in horseradish.

8Continue beating while drizzling gelatin mixture in.

9Spray ring mold with Pam; pour in mousse and refrigerate until set.

10Serve with roast beef.
