  • 1 No. 303 can Bavarian Sauerkraut
  • 1 large Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 2 or 3 jars dried beef (sliced)
  • Horseradish to taste (1 Tbsp.)
  • Garlic to taste

Directions

    Drain sauerkraut thoroughly. Mix well softened cream cheese. Season to taste with garlic and horseradish.

    Separate beef slices. Place 1 tsp. mixture on beef. Roll tightly. Refrigerate 4 hours. May be cut in bite sizes.
