- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 c. mixed unsalted roasted nuts
- 1 Tbsp. coarse salt (kosher)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Melt the butter in a medium size saucepan over low heat.

3Add the remaining ingredients except the nuts and coarse salt.

4Simmer over low heat for several minutes to combine flavors.

5Add the nuts and stir until evenly coated. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally.

6Toss the nuts with the coarse salt and let cool. Store in an airtight container.

7Makes 1 1/2 cups.
