  • 2 cans Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes And Chiles
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 bunch Spring Onions, Chopped
  • 2 cups Shredded Colby-jack Cheese

Directions

    Combine beans, sour cream, Rotel and chopped green onions together with 1/2 cup of cheese.

    Mix well and pour into greased square baking dish.

    Top with remaining cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.

    Serve warm with Tostitos Scoops or your favorite tortilla chips.
