  • 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 10 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed

    Saute celery and onion in butter until tender.

    Add cheese, stir over low heat until melted.
