- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small jar mushrooms, drained
- grated cheese to taste
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat.

2Add onion.

3Saute until tender.

4Add broccoli.

5Cook until broccoli separates, stirring frequently.

6Stir in mushroom soup, mushrooms and cheese.

7Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
