- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Kraft garlic cheese, sliced
- generous squeeze lemon juice
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in butter until tender.

2Add to broccoli.

3Mix in mushroom soup and cheese; cook over low heat until cheese is melted and well blended.

4A squeeze of lemon juice helps to retain the green color.

5Serve in a chafing dish with white corn chips, tostados or Melba rounds.
