- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- margarine
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese spread
Directions

1Saute celery, onion and mushrooms in margarine.

2Cook broccoli until tender; drain well.

3Combine all vegetables and soup; mix well.

4Melt cheese in double boiler.

5Mix all ingredients together in fondue pot; serve with cubes of French bread, if desired.
