  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms with liquid
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 roll garlic cheese
  • dash of lemon juice
  • dash of nutmeg

Directions

    Melt butter; saute onion until clear.

    Add soup, mushrooms with liquid and cheese (cut into chunks).

    Cook over low heat until cheese melts and all is heated.

    Add well drained, cooked broccoli.

    Serve hot in chafing dish with Fritos and Wheat Thins.
