- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms with liquid
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 roll garlic cheese
- dash of lemon juice
- dash of nutmeg
Directions

1Melt butter; saute onion until clear.

2Add soup, mushrooms with liquid and cheese (cut into chunks).

3Cook over low heat until cheese melts and all is heated.

4Add well drained, cooked broccoli.

5Serve hot in chafing dish with Fritos and Wheat Thins.
