- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. California Sweet vermouth
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- soft butter
Directions

1Combine eggnog and milk; slowly beat in sweet vermouth.

2Stir in salt and coriander; heat gently to just below boiling.

3Pour into preheated cups or mugs and top each with 1/2 teaspoon soft butter.
