  • 1 qt. commercial eggnog
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. California Sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • soft butter

Directions

    Combine eggnog and milk; slowly beat in sweet vermouth.

    Stir in salt and coriander; heat gently to just below boiling.

    Pour into preheated cups or mugs and top each with 1/2 teaspoon soft butter.
