- 1 lb. brown sugar (2 1/4 c., packed)
- 1 lb. white sugar (2 1/4 c.)
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Combine butter and sugars.

2Blend cinnamon and nutmeg in ice cream.

5To each cup of boiling water, add one jigger dark rum, a cinnamon stick and 1 heaping tablespoonful batter.
