  • 1 lb. butter (4 sticks)
  • 1 lb. brown sugar (2 1/4 c., packed)
  • 1 lb. white sugar (2 1/4 c.)
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Combine butter and sugars.

    Blend cinnamon and nutmeg in ice cream.

    Mix together.

    Freeze.

    To each cup of boiling water, add one jigger dark rum, a cinnamon stick and 1 heaping tablespoonful batter.
