  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 cup Vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 Boiling water
  • 1 Rum

Directions

    In large bowl, cream butter and sugar.

    Beat in ice cream and cinnamon.

    Cover and freeze.

    For each serving: 1/2 cup butter mix in mug, top with 1/2 cup boiling water.

    Optional: mix in 1-3 tablespoons rum
