  • 8 oz. mild Cheddar, shredded
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack, shredded
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. toasted almonds
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • jalapeno peppers, sliced

    Mix cheeses together.

    Layer half of mixture in casserole dish.

    Spread on half of sour cream.

    Sprinkle on 1/4 cup almonds, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, and half of peppers.

    Repeat.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

    Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
