- 8 oz. mild Cheddar, shredded
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack, shredded
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- jalapeno peppers, sliced
Directions

1Mix cheeses together.

2Layer half of mixture in casserole dish.

3Spread on half of sour cream.

4Sprinkle on 1/4 cup almonds, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, and half of peppers.

5Repeat.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

7Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
