  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix ingredients in mixer, cream cheese, sour cream and milk; add cut up dried beef, garlic, salt and pepper.

    Put in shallow pie pan.

    Brown 3/4 cup chopped pecans in 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle pecans on top and bake 15 minutes at 350°.
