  • 2 c. chicken, diced
  • 1/2 c. chopped almonds
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. potato chips
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips.

    Pile lightly in baking dish.

    Sprinkle with crushed potato chips and cheese.

    Cook at 400° for about 25 minutes.

    One half cup chopped green peppers may be added to recipe for an added taste, if desired.
