  • 12 cup barbecue sauce
  • 16 ounces hot salsa
  • 14 cup chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 jalapenos
  • 2 chili peppers, pods
  • 2 tablespoons sirachi chili sauce
  • 14 cup Splenda sugar substitute or 14 cup sugar
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 lb beans

Directions

    grind chili dry seasoning with 4 jalapenos.

    combine ground meat with dry seasonings and hot sauce and set aside for 1 hour.

    You can smoke the meat on a grill with mesquite and then add for a more smokey flavor.

    Cook meat until browned, drain and add barbeque sauce, caramelizing the sauce.

    add tomatoes, remaining jalapenos, pepper pods and simmer.

    for more intense flavor you can puree the peppers with the meat and tomatoes and then simmer to blend all flavors.

    add liquid to make solution and simmer with beans for 30 minutes, taste and add sweetener accordingly.

    For best results, keep recipe with plenty of liquid for tomatoes and spices to dissolve and cook on lower heat for longer times to get a more full bodied dish.
