- 12 cup barbecue sauce
- 16 ounces hot salsa
- 14 cup chili powder
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 jalapenos
- 2 chili peppers, pods
- 2 tablespoons sirachi chili sauce
- 14 cup Splenda sugar substitute or 14 cup sugar
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 lb beans
Directions

1grind chili dry seasoning with 4 jalapenos.

2combine ground meat with dry seasonings and hot sauce and set aside for 1 hour.

3You can smoke the meat on a grill with mesquite and then add for a more smokey flavor.

4Cook meat until browned, drain and add barbeque sauce, caramelizing the sauce.

5add tomatoes, remaining jalapenos, pepper pods and simmer.

6for more intense flavor you can puree the peppers with the meat and tomatoes and then simmer to blend all flavors.

7add liquid to make solution and simmer with beans for 30 minutes, taste and add sweetener accordingly.

8For best results, keep recipe with plenty of liquid for tomatoes and spices to dissolve and cook on lower heat for longer times to get a more full bodied dish.
