- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 3 (6 1/4 oz.) can minced clams
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese
- dash of Tabasco (optional)
Directions

1Saute butter, onion and garlic.

2Add parsley, oregano and bread crumbs.

3Drain 2 cans of juice from clams.

4Add clams and 1 can of juice, lemon and Tabasco sauce.

5Stir in Mozzarella cheese.

6Place in casserole dish and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

7Serve hot on crackers.
