  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 (6 1/4 oz.) can minced clams
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese
  • dash of Tabasco (optional)

Directions

    Saute butter, onion and garlic.

    Add parsley, oregano and bread crumbs.

    Drain 2 cans of juice from clams.

    Add clams and 1 can of juice, lemon and Tabasco sauce.

    Stir in Mozzarella cheese.

    Place in casserole dish and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

    Serve hot on crackers.
