- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can minced clams, drained
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 lb. American cheese, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook in double boiler; melt butter in pan and saute onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Heat to boiling.
