  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Combine the oleo, oil, cocoa and water.

    Add the sugar and flours.

    Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs.

    Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
