  • 2 cans baby white sweet corn (Shoe Peg), drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, melted
  • jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • crushed potato chips

Directions

    Mix corn, cream cheese and jalapenos (use at least 3 whole ones).

    Put into a greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle with potato chips.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
