  • 2 (12 oz.) cans Shoe Peg corn or 1 pkg. frozen Shoe Peg corn
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped really fine

Directions

    Mix margarine, cheese and milk in saucepan and heat until it bubbles.

    Stir into corn and pepper.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
