- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can flaked crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Combine and blend cream cheese and milk.

2Add crab meat (which has been picked over and cleaned), onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.

3Blend well by hand or in a blender.

4Spoon mixture into oven proof dish.

5Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

6Serve hot with crackers or party rye.

7Can be made a day ahead and heated before serving.
