- 1 (16 oz.) peach halves, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) pear halves, drained
- 1 can pineapple slices, drained
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1In a 10 x 6-inch baking dish, arrange fruit.

2In a small bowl, mix sugar with curry powder.

3Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over fruit.

4Dot with butter or margarine.

5Bake in a 325° oven for 45 minutes.

6Brush pan liquid over fruit occasionally.
