Ingredients

  • 2 cans biscuits
  • 1 pkg. wieners
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1 tsp. flaked red pepper
  • 1 qt. whole tomatoes

Directions

    Cut onions into 1/4 inch pieces.

    Cut wieners into 1/2 inch pieces.

    Put onions and wieners into frying pan with enough oil to prevent sticking and fry until onions are clear.

    Mix and stir tomatoes with pepper.

    Put all ingredients into crock-pot or slow cooker.

    Cook 6 to 8 hours on low heat.

    Before eating, bake the biscuits and when done, break each open and place on individual plates.

    Dip devil hash over biscuits and you are ready to eat. Liquid hot sauce may be added to taste.

    Serve with plenty of liquids.
