Hot Fruit Casserole

- 1 can pear halves
- 1 can peach halves
- 2 cans pineapple slices
- 1 jar apple rings
- 1 can apricot halves
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 3/4 c. fruit juices
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
Directions

1Drain fruits, reserving all juices except from apples.

2(A very small amount of the apple juice may be used for color.) Arrange fruit in casserole dish.

3Combine sugar, butter, flour, sherry and juices.

4Cook until smooth and thick.

5Pour over fruit and let stand several hours in refrigerator.

6Let warm up to room temperature before baking in a 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Good with beef, pork or poultry.
