  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. chives, chopped (or 1 tsp. onion, grated)
  • 2 tsp. celery seed

    Roll dough out on a floured surface to desired thickness and cut with a small cutter.
