Ingredients

  • 1 lb (16 ounces) Ground Turkey
  • 12 oz Chorizo
  • 4 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 White Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Spoonful Minced/ Roasted Garlic
  • 2 can (30 Ounces) Pinto Beans
  • 1 can (15 Ounces) Kidney Beans
  • 2 can (20 Ounces) Rotel (1 Hot/ 1 Mild)
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 12 oz IPA Beer
  • 3 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Bay Leaf

Directions

    Melt the butter over low heat in a 7 ounce Dutch Oven.

    Add onions and slowly cook until translucent
  3. 3
    Add garlic and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  4. 4
    Brown the meat in a seperate pan.

    After brown, set aside and cook the Chorizo.

    When chorizo is browned, add all the meat to the Dutch Oven

    Add remaining ingredients

    The longer the better!

    Cook for a minimum of 4-6 Hours.
