  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/4 cup brandy

    Heat in a saucepan the milk, lemon peel, sugar and almond extract.
