- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 (4 oz.) can Colman's dry mustard
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Mix together vinegar and mustard.

2Let stand overnight.

3Blend well the eggs, salt and sugar.

4Cook over low to medium heat until mixture thickens.

5Stir constantly.

6Cool and then add mayonnaise. Mix well.

7Makes 2 1/2 pints.
