  • 4 oz. dry mustard (1 large or 2 small cans)
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 whole eggs (beaten)

Directions

    Combine mustard and vinegar and let set overnight.

    Make sure the pan is non-reactive.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook in double boiler until mixture thickens, stirring often. Keep refrigerated.
