- 48 to 60 hot peppers or Hungarian wax
- 4 c. sugar
- 4 c. prepared mustard
- 4 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Cut ends off peppers and soak in salt water overnight.

2Put peppers in processor and chop.

3Mix sugar and flour in pan; put in vinegar and mustard.

4Add peppers.

5Stir often on medium heat. Bring to boil and keep stirring for 20 minutes.
