  • 48 to 60 hot peppers or Hungarian wax
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 4 c. prepared mustard
  • 4 c. white vinegar
  • 1 c. flour

Directions

    Cut ends off peppers and soak in salt water overnight.

    Put peppers in processor and chop.
  3. 3
    Mix sugar and flour in pan; put in vinegar and mustard.

    Add peppers.

    Stir often on medium heat. Bring to boil and keep stirring for 20 minutes.
